The guest villa is a kind of hotel, but for friends and client partners. We decided to make it easy, minimalistic and free …. so that people coming here get a new housing format experience.
The architecture is strict and airy, fits perfectly into the surrounding desert landscape. We wanted to achieve the effect of flowing space, to connect the exterior with the interior and to reduce the number of blank walls between the courtyard and the rooms.
The entrance and parking areas are separated from the recreation area by a wall lined with metal plates.
The terrace, connected to the house with a wooden pergola, includes a large kitchen and a table for a large company. The lush landscaping that is visible through large windows will add color to the monochrome interior.
The large sofa area in the living room is made bilateral so that you can both sit facing the projector screen and enjoy the view of the pool through the huge sliding windows.
