In this competition project, we decided to develop the concept of a shop-restaurant of ecological products. On the ground floor there is a shop, where a person can purchase products, as well as get interesting advice about cooking, combination, production and recipes. The second floor is divided into two zones. The first is the kitchen, where master classes of cooking healthy food take place. The shape of the island suggests the location of a cook and several guests, each of whom has his own stove and sink. In the second half of the room there is a large wooden table where you can arrange dinner with cooked dishes. We think this space will train people to eat healthy in an interesting way, you can come in a big company or alone and meet new people at dinner.
